The house should be pressure washed by a professional before painting.
Prepping
I thoroughly inspect the house to determine the amount of preparation needed before painting.
- Scraping off loose old paint.
- Minor carpentry repairs.
- Cover any bare wood with primer.
- Fill any gaps in siding or around window or door trim with high quality flexible caulking.
- Secure any loose siding, shutters, or gutters.
Before Last Roll Up
Will do a thorough clean up, check to make sure no windows got painted shut, and reinstall anything that was removed prior to painting.
